The aim of this activity is for students to understand the legacies that the Transatlantic Slave Trade has left in the three continents involved. It is advised that the subject briefing (Legacies in Africa, Europe, and the Americas and Caribbean) is read and understood before teaching this lesson. The lesson should be completed after students have completed the prior introduction to the Transatlantic Slave Trade.
