Fundraise for freedom

Raise funds every 18 October and 25 March in remembrance of the victims of slavery and support the fight against modern slavery!

Anti-Slavery International is the only British charity exclusively committed to eliminating all forms of slavery and slavery like practices. It is also the world’s oldest international human rights organisation and bases its work on the United Nations treaties against slavery.

Both 18 March, Anti-Slavery Day, and 25 March, the International Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade, offer the opportunity to raise funds and awareness to end slavery.

While Anti-Slavery Day puts pressure on government, local authorities, public institutions and private and public companies to address the scale and scope of human trafficking, the International Day of Remembrance honours and remembers those who suffered and died at the hands of the brutal slavery system.

In both March and October we saw coordinated actions from our local, student and church groups in timing with the Remembrance Day.

Will you join us in fundraising for freedom to raise awareness of modern day slavery?

Whether you’re planning to run, organise a pub quiz with colleagues, host a live music event or hold a cake sale, please call (0)20 7737 9434 or email so we can learn about what you are planning with the support of your local community and colleagues.
