Annual General Meeting

You are warmly invited to attend our Annual General Meeting

Time: 4pm to 5pm
Venue: Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG

The meeting will include a brief review of the work over the last year and Members will have the opportunity to ask questions and vote on matters such as the re-appointment of Trustees for additional terms of office.

Please note that this is a purely business and administration meeting; the Annual Supporter Meeting, which will be held later this year, will be an opportunity to engage with the organisation and hear more about our ongoing work.

A link to access the pack of papers online will be sent to you, or if you require a physical copy, this can be posted to you on request. For security at the venue, we need to provide names of all attending, so please RSVP to confirm your attendance by 5pm on Wednesday 22 March 2023.

Remote or virtual voting
In line with our byelaws, the only ways to cast a vote at the AGM are in person at the AGM or via a proxy vote.

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you may appoint a proxy to vote for you, using the proxy form included in the pack or by contacting us for support. If you plan to vote by proxy, a live stream will be available to allow you to view proceedings if you wish.

Your completed proxy form must be at our offices or sent by email to k.solanki@antislavery.org no later than 5pm on Wednesday 22 March 2023.
